Maybe you noticed that thread started two days ago by Mike Carman on Cloudy Nights was ended by one of the administrators. They first wrote me and told me that he will not end this thread out because all I did was to reply to direct questions. but than he wrote me again that his own decision was overruled by somene higher than himself.. Well, I can tell you one thing.. this tread was truly wonderful and I would appreciate if Mike Carman or anyone else would start one again on CN under Refractor forum. www.istar-optical.com/Gallery/Perseus_TCR_150-12/index.html thank you, I will not directly reply to any of those questions though... I just noticed that the administrator on CN moved the original thread started by Mike Carman over to Vendor forum.. I can not thank him enough for doing this.. some very strange reactions from parties envolved there.. but if Joe can start one under regular Refractor forum it will be appreciated.. not many people visit the Vendor Forum on CN.. I know that I dont... So thanks Joe!!

Done! They must have panicked a little because of all the posts that you made in a row in response to individuals, in the original thread. Let's see if they let the new thread go, or if the TCR really has them all spooked.

You are great. Thanks for your help. There were so many people asking me direct questions that I was doing just that.. and than someone high up on CN steppend in and decided to get rid of tihs entire thread all together... luckily the guy controlling individual threads moved the entire thing to the Vendor forum. This way I dont have to reply to every single one of them again, cheers, Ales

Joe, please, on this new CN refractor thread, mention link to the actual info on our web site www.istar-optical.com/Gallery/Perseus_TCR_150-12/index.html so people wont make comments like: t"his is a huge step-back in telescope design" or "I dont see any real advantage of this design" and many others...
