Solar eclipse track goes right by Page Arizona, would be a great time for a sun party, then a star party to test your scopes. Any plans? Thanks, Tom H.

Woo Hooo! A new member, and someone who actually posts! Thanks, and welcome tomharri. I'm sure Ales will let you know soon. Good idea though, if they can get something organized in the area.

Hello Tom,
and welcome to Joe's ISTAR Scope Club!! Yes, I know that Page is RIGHT on the path of the upcoming solar eclipse.. BUT.. Im stuck in Europe and I will most likely miss it all together. We have only our secretary Gay Ann Ward in Page taking care of everyday business, but she is not in position of leading a major star party (sell Sun party.. to be correct) and actually all of our scopes are physically in Florida. Our business is registered in Page, Arizona but we are all spread out all over the world at this moment. I will do my best to be there and have at least one scope available (our Asteria AT 127-12 R30 would be perfect) but I can not promise.. thanks for understanding, cheers, Ales
