Hello guys,
just wanted to inform everyone that we are finishing the following scopes next week and most will be shipped next week and during first week of February:
Phoenix WFT 204-6 (brand new model, first unit going to Belgium)
Asteria AT 127-12 (brand new model, first unit is going to UK for Astrofest, remaining 4 are going to our US distribution center in Florida, ask Mike Harden to have one reserved for you. 3 are already reserved and we have only 2 left so act fast. These have the special doublet R30 which falls into the Anastigmatic group). 2 more of these will be shipped by first week of April than 7 more by first week of June. We will produce more if there is demand for these special doublet scopes.
Perseus AT 127-12 (this brand new model will be finished in Aprlil. We will ship 2 units to USA)
Perseus AT 150-8 (will ship two units to USA in two week time)
Perseus AT 150-10 (will ship one unit to USA in two week time)
Perseus AT 150-12 (will ship two units to USA in two weeks)
Perseus AT 204-9 II (new version of this famous big gun, this one without special colling vents. We are producing two units and they will be shipped to USA in April. Today Im going to production to measure the exact length of tube, counter cells and rear plate and baffles has been CNC machined and engraved and Im taking them to the anodizing and powder coating plant this afternoon, due to be finished by next Monday)
And more new models will follow by March-May, namely the anticipated Asteria AT 127-8 R30 and Asteria AT 180-8 R30. The 180mm Anastigmatic doublet will nicely fill the void we have in 180mm models, we may ad F11 version by end of this week if there is some demand for it. BUt to keep a 180mm aperture scope still transportable, the F8 version will definitely be more popular.
We will also introduce Asteria WFT 180-6 by end of this year.
But our success only depends on amount of sales which the market generates and even though the plans are truly great, we need finances too stay alive. So tell a friend, spread the word about ISTAR around please. Thank you all, I will stay in touch with more exciting news soon,
cheers,
Ales
