So who is going to watch the never-before seen "May Camelopardalids" meteorshower? The added bonus is that the Moon will cruse through too so we might see some meteors impact the Moon

I'll be at the FAK with the group all night with plenty of imaging equipment running. I had considered setting up to image the moon in the morning. Wouldn't it be fantastic to get a meteor flash image on the moon? Since only 19% is illuminated that leaves a large percentage of dark moon to catch one. The only bad thing is the moon doesn't rise until 3:40 so it will be close to dawn before it gets any appreciable altitude to it. Well if it turns out well I'll post my images here first.
