R30 is an achromatic doublet that uses an ED element to reduce chromatic aberration (false color) and due to a superior design yields a 30 percent smaller spot size than the typical classic achromatic. R35 is a newer design that still uses an ED element to reduce CA but is a thinner and lighter weight than the R30. At this point only 150-8, 150-12, 180-12, 204-8 and 204-12 is available in R35. Except for the 180mm, all the others are available in the TCR line of scopes (which will also be on sale).
