Hi everyone , my name is Brian and I live in Darwin Australia a nice place . I have just finished buildind an Istar 127mm f/8 achro using an Istar lense and I cant be more than happy with it . It only took 10 days for the lense in its beautiful cell to arrive from Istar USA to me here in Darwin Australia , great service . I will post a comprenshive review and photos of my build when I get some spare time , after Christmas probably . Here is a photo of two of mine . Hope you all enjoy . Brian. Attachments:

Hi Brian....
Welcome to ISTARSCOPECLUB..... And as you have mentioned in another post, now we have 3 astronomers from the Southern hemisphere, Australia...., and I am sure all of us, are going to hear a lot more from 3 of you......
Your 127mm lens cell from Istar, is definitely going to encourage many members from ISTARSCOPECLUB to retrofit an ISTAR lens cell into their existing achro tube....
Hope to hear more reports on Istar performance from you....
Hi All.....
I wish all members of ISTARSCOPECLUB, a MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR 2013......
Regards
James Ling
