Hi Matt, Great to have another Aussie around. Nothing like starting at the top with the 6" Istar. Look forward to reports on progress with the mount not to mention those pristine skies that you have up there. As another Oddie user I totally agree that a reflector just doesn't measure up to a good refractor.... there is something about being at the eyepiece and looking up.  Matt |
