So my astronomy club held an outreach event last night at the Lover's Key State Park. It was a dinner for their 15th b-day for all the volunteers. It was 4 members w/ 4 scopes and guess who one of the members was??? The one-and-only Mike Harden!!! He brought the Fluorite 152-f8(I could be wrong) with. MAN what a nice set-up. AND it could fit in the backseat of my Honda ;D I only got a quick look at M42 at the end of the event, but WHAT A VIEW IT WAS!!!!

Small world! I would have thought that being a member of the ISC would have been worth a few more peeks though.

haha, You would think I believe he had the longest line out of us 4. I had the shortest, but I was showing multiple targets to each person.

Well I got a news letter from Lover's Key(geared towards the volunteers and employees) and the 1st pic was of MikeHarden and his scope. The second pic was of the speeches they had before the dinner and in the background you could see me leaning up against the railing Mike did you get this newsletter too?
