in spite of a very low sun on the Horizon (25 °) and an average turbulence (5-6/10) I was able to make my first images with new Basler with IMX174 know the ACA1920-155
Resolution of the camera 1920 px x 1200 px
Horizontal / vertical pixel Size 5.86 µm x 5.86 µm 155 fps


It is at present the best camera which I used!!!

Refractor Special H-Alpha 230mm F/D 9 , PST MOD 1A° , for WL Baader Herschell Prism Ceramic ( 120 / 1800 images staked )

Great JP! I see that camera uses the new Sony IMX174. The cameras I use for planetary photography are made by ZW Optical and they will be releasing their version of that same chip in a couple of months.

IMX174 is a very nice sensor for Solar and Lunar Imaging ( less planetery) , the Basler camera possess an excellent electronic it's very important too!!! and Software Genika Astro is the only program at present is which allows a cadence of 155 fps with this camera!!! On the other hand is needed a recent PC with SATA 3, USB3, HD SSD to obtain such a cadence
