Finding a double-pass module is quite difficult. So i made my own.

The prism is held in place by a compressing foam. When the t-mount nose piece is threaded onto the device, the prism is locked into the foam.

Double-pass modules are generally made for solar observation to double stack your filter without actually owning two filters. The beam of light enters one side of the prism, reflects the most intense rays south to a dumpzone where they are converted to heat by an infrared coating. The good light passes through the prism, gets polarized. After the prism exit, the beam bounces off a 1/20th wave mirrior. This reflects back into the second face of the prism. The second face of the prism acts like a 45degree wedge and reflects the "double-pass" light, back up to the eyepiece. The whole operation requires telecentricity. Attachments:

Tough to pick as they both are awesome. However, as a south Florida resident I would go with white as that color tends to stay much cooler in the sun. I moved here with a black car and sold it after the first summer. I now have a white car and there is a world of difference in the temperature when you get in and how quickly it cools down.
Something about the white one... more character? Black around the taillights, spoiler, bumper and wheels looks really good.
