Just wanted to inform you that last batch of lenses was finally finished in England. Some time ago we designed a multi-element photo lens/OTA with perfectly flat field over 50x50mm chip size. Because Im scheduled for major surgery back in Europe I wont be able to assemble and test first prototype until middle of November, but if this scope works, we will offer 2 for sale after taking number of test photos. We can produce these new super compact (but quite heavy) instruments in small batches. Retail price will be announced after testing. If testing is not successful, we will go with recently designed 180 F5 HPA (Hubble Palette Astrograph). Designed in USA for iStar by Mike Jones. Stay in touch!
